- Eat 5-6 times a day instead of 3. The trick here is that eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. What happens when you do this is that your metabolism will always work fast because it doesn’t need to save energy anymore because it is being fed constantly so, faster weight loss.
- Exercise. With this, you won’t need to fast. Fasting is very unhealthy and not an effective way to lose weight. Yes, you are not taking any calories or fats in but you are also not taking in any nutrients and your metabolism will be working very slowly. So, it’s a lose-lose system.
- Don’t eat late at night. The reason here is that our metabolism is working slowly at that time and if we eat, it will turn into excess body fat.
