- Have some alcohol. – If you love to drink beer, wine or cocktails during the weekend, you can still do that but just reduce your intake. To know how much you are allowed to have in a week, determine your weekly average of alcohol intake. After that, you have to cut it in one-fourth and the result would be your allowable number of drinks that you can have on a weekly basis.
- Relish some chocolate. – Are you a chocolate lover? If you are then here’s some good news for you. You can have at least two or three squares of delicious chocolate that is worth 75 calories. It is highly suggested that you choose the most delectable types of chocolate there is so that you’ll feel more satisfied and gobble up smaller amounts.
