Getting rest is very important because one type of stress is somehow based on how much sleep you get. That is chronic stress. An average person needs 6-8 hours of sleep everyday. No more less than that should be taken. Everybody needs rest and sleep so why not go at it? After all, you’ll get rid of stress with this.
Surprised? Well, you shouldn’t be. This is a sure way of combating stress. Whenever we workout, our body produces a hormone that makes us feel good and energetic. That hormone is called endorphins. It is good to exercise when stressed and more to that, you will not only get rid of stress but you will also get a body that ladies or men will drool over. Win-win situation huh?
When it comes to being active, it does not entirely mean going to the gym. There are many other ways to be active but gym is also one of them. Walking is the simplest way of being active. No, not walking to the refrigerator and back to the couch and watch TV. That’s not it. It means, walking around on a considerable distance. Studies show that 10,000 steps every day is enough to keep a person fit.
