There Are Foods In Your Diet That You Can Eat More Because These Will Make You Feel Full Longer
All foods contain calories one way or another. But there are actually foods that have so few calories that you only need one hand to count them. These are sometimes called the “free foods.” These are the foods you can eat and overeat on even if you’re on a diet because you don’t need to track down the calories. If you want to add more to your daily diet or make some healthy snacks, these are the foods that you consume more.
A small cautionary point however, that people should remember is that these free foods aren’t magical nor are they what others would call “super foods.” They still contain calories and if you consistently eat them on a daily basis you might make your low-calorie diet effort suddenly non-trivial. If you do overeat these foods, make sure that you remove them from any meals for the rest of the week. However, in moderation, they can be used or mixed in with other ingredients and meals.
Make sure that you always practice mindfulness and motivation when you undergo any healthy diet. These foods can really help your dietary efforts, so make sure you don’t eat too much and hurt your overall diet progress.
For fibrous vegetables, you have:
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Bean sprouts
- Chinese cabbage
- Fresh green beans
Condiment or cooking ingredients:
- Chicken or beef broth; you can also use bouillon as an alternative
- Hot sauce such as Tabasco
- Soy sauce
- Sugar free jelly, sugar free gum, and sugar free mints
- Sushi seaweed wrap
- Coffee – drink either black with little sugar or avoid coffee creamers and use non-fat skim milk as an alternative creamer instead.
- Sugar free beverages except sugar free or diet soda drinks like Diet Coke.
There is really nothing drastic about these foods and it isn’t recommended putting these foods together in a blender for cleansing purposes. These foods lose their nutrients when in liquefied form.
