This is a great method for losing weight because it is very healthy. A lot of individuals around the world have tried it and they succeeded in dropping the excess pounds through this technique. Let me give you an idea on what the concept of this diet is all about and you can follow it on a daily basis.

Day 1: On the first day of the GM diet, you must eat only fruits. You must eat plenty of apples, strawberries, lime, pomegranates, watermelon, oranges and melon. However, you must avoid grapes, litchi, bananas and mangoes. It doesn’t matter how often you eat during this day but don’t eat anything else except fruits.

Day 2: Eat only vegetables during the whole day. For breakfast, eat one boiled potato with one teaspoon of butter. As for your other meals, eat raw vegetables. Alternately, you can also eat cooked veggies as long as they’re not cooked using oil. You must never eat more than one potato everyday. Some good examples of vegetables you can eat are the following; carrots, cabbage, cucumber, gourd, etc. To make your vegetables more delicious, add basil oregano seasoning to them.

Day 3: It’s time to join Day 1 and Day 2 together which means that you can eat both fruits and vegetables all throughout the day! Just do not include bananas and potatoes in your meals. You can eat as much as you can but you must drink plenty of water during the day.

Day 4: To lose weight quickly, eat bananas and milk for this day. Eat at least six bananas and four glasses of milk for your meals. This may be quite hard to implement but since you passed days 1-3, you will definitely be able to pass this one. If you can’t stand the hunger, cook vegetable soup combined with garlic, onions, tomatoes and capsicum and take several sips of it.

Day 5: At this point in your diet, you can now eat cottage cheese, tomatoes, sprouts, chicken and soya sprouts. Drink wonder soup and continue to drink a lot of water.

Day 6: This is similar to Day 5. You can still drink wonder soup but you are not allowed to eat any tomatoes.

Day 7: Now that you’ve reached this stage, you are now a bit slimmer than you used to be. Although you’re a bit hungry, you are happy. On this day, you can now eat a bowl of rice, half roti and any type of vegetable. You can even drink a glass of fruit juice.
