Vitamins have been very important in our daily lives. It gives us a huge boost to be able to do our chores everyday and protect us from diseases. There are many vitamins that are noted as major for our body, health and mind. One of them is the Vitamin C.

Vitamin C or also known as L-ascorbic acid has numerous roles in our body. One of its major roles is to protect our body from oxidative stress which is the reason for some diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, heart failure, & etc. Other than that, Vitamin C also helps boost up the blood circulation of our body.

The importance of Vitamin C should never be underestimated and neglected. Vitamin C can actually help us live a healthier and longer life because it helps our cardiovascular system to be healthier.

So, if you want a healthier life with better cardiovascular system, it is better to include foods that are rich in Vitamin C such as oranges, lemons, tomatoes, and etc.

But of course, that doesn’t mean that if you take vitamin C, it’ll mean that you don’t need exercise anymore for better blood circulation. That misconception is very wrong. Exercise is irreplaceable. Taking up more vitamin C is just a way to help you do your exercises better and get your resistance against diseases up. Exercise is still the number 1 solution to a healthier life with proper diet.
