Nowadays, the number of teens <b>working out at the gym</b> is rapidly growing. It has always been good to work out or <b>build your muscles</b>; it is a healthy thing no matter your age is. It is even better if you start young; just follow some safety precautions of course. It is because the body of a teen is still developing. But of course, we all have the same needs, balanced diet, rest, and proper training to avoid injuries.<br />

The advantage of starting young is that, young people still have more energy than adults. This means that we can work out more than they can, we can exert more effort.<br />

Another tip to <b>bodybuilding</b> is: forget about “more is better”. In bodybuilding, it is very important to <b>balance your workouts</b>, workout all the major muscle groups. Don’t overdo an exercise because it may make your muscles look not proportioned. Furthermore, since you are bodybuilding, you’ll be <b>weight lifting</b>, so, it is very important to remember not to overdo it because it may cause injury. Limit the number of repetitions.<br />

It is also important to be conscious about your diet. Having a balanced diet can actually help you do your workouts in a more effective manner because having a balanced diet will help you get all the important nutrients that the body needs which can make you stronger and feel energized. Having a balanced diet can also help repair muscles when resting thus will help avoid injuries.<br />

Rehydrate yourself every after and while working out. Our body is made up of more than 70% water. Most of our important body parts from inside and out depend on water and that includes our muscles. Drink more than 8 glasses of water because we lose more than that when we work out.<br />

Sleep is something that a lot of bodybuilders forget. They think that they should work out more instead of sleeping to make their muscles bigger but it doesn’t really work like that. When we sleep, our muscles get repaired. It is also the time where our body builds new muscle tissues.<br />

So remember, it is not all about working hard. It is a combination of discipline and working hard. Eat right, sleep well, and work hard.
