Myth#4: One can get a heart disease by having a low carb diet.
Fact: The reasons why people suffer from heart disease is because of these factors; too much cholesterol in their bodies, high blood pressure and triglycerides. When in a low carb diet, all of these go down so how can it cause heart disease?
Myth#5: You are not allowed to drink alcohol while on a low carb diet.
Fact: There’s not much carbs in alcoholic drinks. The truth is, these beverages are high in calories. That’s why if you are a heavy drinker, you must stop that habit and drink in moderation.
