Miranda Kerr’s popularity has reached far and wide because she is one of Victoria’s Secret Angels and supermodels. Aside from that, she is also the wife of famous actor, Orlando Bloom. Moreover, she’s also known for her enviable figure which she was able to maintain even after giving birth. That’s why, people are wondering;”What’s her secret to staying fit?” It has been said that she’s been practicing healthy living and maintaining a balanced diet. Although this may be hard to believe given her celebrity status, there’s actually some truth to these rumors.

With regards to her healthy lifestyle, Miranda says that she believes that beauty starts from within. Because of this philosophy, she gives her body all the necessary nutrients that it needs by eating healthy and nutritious foods. She added; “Becoming a mother has made me even more aware and more passionate about nutrition and wellness. So much, that I am now a certified health coach practitioner.” She further revealed that she cooks healthy and delectable meals for her family so that they too can become healthy individuals. It isn’t easy to live a healthy lifestyle but she makes it sound so effortless.

Now let’s talk about Miranda’s diet. According to her, instead of torturing herself with crash diets what she did was, she developed her desired for good health and organic living. She sticks with the 80/20 rule, which means 80% good and 20% indulgent. This means that while she does eat healthy foods, she also treats herself sometimes. What kinds of foods does she eat and what kinds of beverages does she drink?

She further relates:” I love food and enjoy eating fresh organic produce. I drink warm water and lemon every morning and I also drink lots of good quality purified and preferably alkaline water throughout the day. My Nan introduced me to Noni juice when I was twelve years old, which I drink twice daily. I treat myself occasionally and don’t have any guilt or conditions placed on it. Food is my friend and consistency is the key. I believe that everything in moderation is best.” Miranda does not only maintain a balanced diet, she also makes time for physical activity. In her spare time, she practices yoga to help her achieve a marvelous figure and get spiritual strength.
