Lose Weight While Playing Video Games

lose weight, sedentary lifestyle, enjoy while exercising

In today’s generation, most teenagers are addicted to playing video games. Once they start playing, nothing and nobody can ever remove them from their posts. Although gaming is one way to enjoy life and relieve stress, sitting on a chair while playing games for too long can lead to obesity. It’s because a sedentary lifestyle won’t allow people to move around and burn fats. However, all of this is about to change. A new invention can now permit a person to lose weight while playing video games. What kind of invention is this that I’m talking about? Have you ever heard of a recumbent magnetic bike? If so, then you must try using it.

What you need to do is purchase it at Amazon or in a department store near you. Once you have it, what you must purchase next is a hack and slash action button masher or games that don’t need aiming accuracy but would still need you to interact constantly. Some good examples of these games include; Assassin’s Creed, God of War and Heavenly Sword. If you already have all of these, all you need to do is sit on the bike every time you’re playing games or watching television. The key here is to pedal constantly depending upon your own level of comfort. You can set the resistance so that your speed would be around 15-16 mph.

You will surely be amazed at the amount of fats that gets burned in this activity. If you feel that it’s too easy to pedal, change the settings of the resistance and make it go higher until you find the ideal speed for you. Usually, you’ll be pedaling faster during action sequences and encounters while slowing down at some rest points. Don’t choose games like RPG because it has points where you are not doing anything and this can stop you from pedaling for a long time. Using a recumbent magnetic bike is a very effective way to lose weight. It’s because it helps you enjoy while exercising. Who says that working out is boring when you have the right kind of equipment with you?
