Effects Of Secondhand Smoke

Effects Of Secondhand Smoke, secondhand smoke, smokers, smoking, nicotine addiction
Exposure to secondhand smoke by a person like for example, riding an enclosed car with someone who is smoking can have direct effects to the brain which is somewhat the same with the person who is smoking. According to studies, smokers who are exposed to secondhand smoke make them crave to smoke as well.

Some studies also states that one hour of secondhand smoke in an enclosed area or space with enough nicotine reaching to the brain binding the receptors. This means that the person may also become addicted to smoking if this happens.

More to that, secondhand smoke is also the culprit to some of the cases why children are smoking or teens smoking. Secondhand smoke is also the reason why adults are having a hard time quitting smoking because it triggers their cravings. We can think like secondhand smoke is like a promoter of a product to the brain to smoke.

Even a limited amount of secondhand smoke exposure is enough to cause some effects to the brain by means of nicotine. However, sever exposure can cause more than that of course. Sever exposure can cause higher levels of nicotine to the brain which may then lead to the person’s vulnerability to nicotine addiction.

Secondhand smoke can also cause serious diseases like lung cancer and heart disease for nonsmoking adults and many other serious diseases to children like sudden infant death syndrome, respiratory infections, and severe asthma.

Try to avoid smoking at all cost and avoid smokers at all cost. It may cost you your life if you hang out with them. If you care for a person and if he smokes, try to stop him at all cost and as early as possible before it becomes worse. It can destroy your lives.
