What you need to eat are foods that can satisfy your stomach without making you fat. Here are the most filling foods that you must add to your diet to aid in weight loss.

  • Poultry – Eggs, skinless chicken and turkey are the best food choices in this category. They contain protein which is a macronutrient that can really fill you up.
  • Fish – Tuna, scallops, salmon are almost fat free and are well-known to promote weight loss. If you want to get slimmer, add them to your dishes and make them a part of your daily menu.
