Chronic Fatigue
All of us have gone through or are in a life where we are so busy that it’s like we don’t even have time to rest that makes us feeling drained. This has lead to a condition called chronic fatigue. If you are tired most of the time, you may be in this condition.
The meaning of chronic fatigue is “a disorder generally defined by persistent fatigue accompanied by other specific symptoms for a minimum of six months, not due to ongoing exertion and not relieved by rest”. Or simply not being able to bed rest for being fatigued for six months straight and is usually made worst by stress or any other negative emotions. People who experience this are usually unable to perform at their best condition and would feel tired most of the time and easily. Other effects include muscle pain, impaired memory and concentration, and sleep loss. They may also feel tired that would possibly last for 24 hrs after a workout. Symptoms include headache, melancholy, swollen lymph nodes, Sore throat, and extreme exhaustion. What’s difficult about chronic fatigue is that the symptoms are related to many other diseases thus somewhat camouflages the condition.
Thankfully, people are getting aware of the condition because of the extensive research of the experts thus makes chronic fatigue easier to identify compared to years ago. As of the moment, there is no found cure for this condition. The only way to avoid this is to be aware of how tired you are and buy supplements to help you cope with the stress and fatigue. It is also good to try tai chi, yoga, massage therapy, spa, acupuncture and other eastern disciplines.
