Eat foods that are high in omega-3. Omega-3 is proven to be very beneficial for our overall health and most especially our heart and brain. Foods rich in omega-3 are usually seafood such as tuna, halibut, salmon, mackerel, trout, and oysters. You may also looks for omega-3 in breads, cereal, crunchy oats, flaxseed, flour, pasta, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts. These foods are very healthy for our heart and brain to help avoid Alzheimer’s disease, heart diseases, and many other life-threatening diseases. Yep, not only heart and brain diseases. There are also omega-3 supplements that you may take as an alternative for these foods.

Work out standing if you can. That way, you will also be exercising your abdominal muscles while lifting weights standing up. It is because our abs will support our spine and to keep us balanced while working out. So, this way, you will be targeting your abs and a particular muscle while working. More like hitting two birds with one stone huh?
