More importantly, it burns a lot of calories which can then help your muscles get ripped and make your body leaner and will actually make you more athletic. Cardio can be performed by running, cycling, or aerobics. Try doing cardio every after workout like maybe for 20-30 minutes will do.
Bodybuilding doesn’t necessarily mean a sport, it can be a hobby or something that you can use as a reason to be healthy.
