People everyday get a cup of coffee all over the world. It is because of they love the taste of coffee, they want to warm up their day, or they want to get stimulated by the coffee. Well, coffee is not just to stimulate us; there are still many other effects that coffee can give us. Research has shown many benefits that you can get from coffee but there are also some that can harm our health. In this article, we will talk about some of these effects.

We all know that coffee is a good stimulant. Coffee is usually one of the most common answers of people to get rid of drowsiness or in order to stay alert. However, there are some people that may not be used to coffee that may get their nervous system over stimulated. The effect of overstimulation is sometimes the person will get easily irritated or symptoms of anxiety. Overstimulation will make a person weaker against stress which makes the case even worse. Once continued, this may then cause problems to our adrenal glands.

Next is heart disease. This is one of the main diseases that researchers associate with heavy drinking of coffee. Coffee drinking can often be associated with rising numbers of the markers in respect to inflammation. Inflammation has a negative effect to our cardiovascular system. Huge doses of caffeine also raises our cholesterol level which is one of the main reason why we are getting heart disease. Smoking along with drinking coffee is very bad to the health because this can worsen the disease.

Limit your coffee for just 1 to 2 cups everyday if you want to avoid these bad effects. Also, try to keep away from all the bad vices as much as possible. Stay healthy!
